The Brand

The Creators Rep is an agency and promotional platform specified in the artist’s and designer’s niche. They are the bridge between the creator and the end-user. The brand’s main focus is to ignite creator’s shift from creating their designs just as a hobby to the main source of income. After the initial interaction, the brand consultants encourage clients to shift to the platform for more streamlined communication with potential clients.

Personalization & Storytelling

The main goal during this project was to develop strong communication that follows a couple of basic principles that creates a seamless experience on every touchpoint of the interaction. This can be especially challenging for online businesses. To secure this experience I have developed guidelines that implement storytelling on the website, email, and social media.

Customer experience & Emotions

To follow up I have recreated the website content that creates a unique experience for every customer in the funnel. All of it was made with intention of focusing on the emotions of customers. Firstly to showcase emotion and secondly, to create emotions and so make the customers feel good about themselves. Hence connect positively with the brand.

Brand Guidelines

The Creators Rep had a strong focus on acquiring new clients. To increase the efficiency of this process. I have developed basic guidelines for the brand. These guidelines were explaining the communication funnel & and seamless experience with every touchpoint of the brand. This way I was able to establish a killer customer experience.
